With a moderate level of tension (5.8 kg), this MediBand is designed to lengthen tight muscles and strengthen weak muscles at the same time, addressing muscles imbalances. It is particularly recommended for dancers, gymnasts, yoga/Pilates enthusiasts and Martial Arts performers, who need to improve their flexibility and range of motion. It can also be suitable for people who wish to restore their muscular balance and prevent strain or injury. Indeed, when spending a lot of time sitting at a desk, for example, muscles in the back (erector spine, upper traps and rhomboids), the shoulders, the abs, the hips, the glutes and the legs (hamstrings, quads and calves) can become tight or weak, often leading to back pain and poor posture.
